Before your arrival

The lowest rate is always guaranteed when you book directly on our official website. What’s more, when you book on our website, you’ll receive free breakfast throughout your stay. All prices shown on the website are up to date to ensure real availability.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Hostemplo?

Check-in begins at 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage until your room is ready. Check-out is before 11:30 a.m. For Hostemplo Sagrada Familia, we offer online check-in (you can complete the process with your booking number and email address). For Apart-Suites, keys can be collected at the Hotel Boutique Hostemplo (Passatge Gaiolà, 19).

During your stay

Yes, but you must request it in advance. At Hostemplo, we offer options for special diets, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan products, upon request.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in any of our facilities to ensure the comfort of all our guests.

Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid form of identification (ID card or passport).
You must also show the credit card used to make the booking.

At Hotel Boutique Hostemplo, luggage can be stored at reception before check-in or after check-out.

For reservations at Apart-suites Hostemplo, luggage storage is subject to availability. Availability depends on the day’s check-ins and check-outs in order to guarantee enough space. In case there is not enough capacity available, or if the volume of luggage is excessive, we recommend using external lockers.

At Hostemplo Sagrada Familia, we do not offer luggage storage service. For this reason, we provide information about external lockers both in the booking confirmation email and in the check-in app.

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in the common areas of the accommodation.

Some accommodations (apartments) have a built-in washing machine. The studios and Junior Suite do not have washing machines, but there is a coin-operated laundrette nearby and we will inform you of its location upon arrival.

Hostemplo has accommodation accessible for people with reduced mobility. To ensure a comfortable stay, we recommend that you contact us directly and confirm availability before booking.

Yes, all our accommodations have air conditioning for summer and heating for the colder months, ensuring comfort throughout the year.

Yes, at Hostemplo we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas. Ideal for both leisure and business travellers.

Hostemplo is located just a few steps from the Sagrada Familia and is very well connected to the rest of Barcelona.
You can easily walk to Passeig de Gràcia, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera and other points of interest. We are also close to metro and bus stops.

About your booking

Booking a stay through the Hostemplo website offers more flexible cancellation terms than any other platform. For most direct bookings with standard rates, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Non-refundable or special rates may have different terms and conditions. Always check the details before confirming your booking.
