How can I book a room at the best price?

You’ll always find the best price in our website. Price and availability are guaranteed and updated. If you book trought our website, you will have FREE BREAKFAST during your stay, for all guests in the room. Please contact us if you want more information.

Where and when do I pick up the apartment key?

The check-in and key pick up is always in Hotel Boutique Hostemplo, which is located at PASSATGE GAIOLA,19, 2 minutes walking from Apart Suites Hostemplo. Key pick up time is from 9:00 a.m. until 23:59 p.m. When you book your room, please let us know your arrival time on the comments section. Please contact us if there are any last minute changes, or if you will come in later than 22:00 p.m.

What are the check-in / check-out times?

Check in time is from 15.00, but if you arrive before we can store your luggage for you until your room is ready. Check out time is before 11.30am. There is no option for late check out. Please, let us know in advanced if you will arrive after 19.00.

How can I pay for our stay?

You can pay for your stay in cash, or with Visa or Master Card, Maestro or Amex credit cards. We suggest payment be done the day prior to your departure to avoid delays.

Is there a child fee?

A child under 3 years stays for free if no extra bed is needed.

Is there an extra cost I should know about?

The tourist tax is not included: € 2.25 (+ VAT) per person and day / night with a limit of 7 days / nights. All the Apartments & Suites are provided, included in the price, with a set of bed linen and towels, according to the number of people. Cleaning is done every 7 days. If you want you can contract the daily cleaning service by notifying it previously, the cost is between € 18 and € 35.

Why do you need my credit card?

We need a credit card number only to guarantee your booking. We will not charge your card if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before arrival date (before 12:00 p.m.) – except for the special rate, which has a different cancellation policy. Upon arrival at the hotel, it is necessary to present the same credit card used to make the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to verify the credit card authenticity before arrival date.
What if I need help during my stay?Hostemplo staff will be happy to help you, and will provide you with a 24 hour emergency number, should you need help outside office hours.

Will I need an electrical adapter?

All our plugs are European. We suggest you bring adapters for your appliances.

Is smoking allowed in the Hostel and in the Apartments & Suites?
No, smoking is not allowed in the rooms or common areas.

Where can I park?

There is a public car park nearby. We’ll be happy to tell you how to get there when you arrive to Hostemplo. There is no need to book. The rate is €18 per day.

How can I wash my clothes?

Apartments & Suites have washing machine. In the Studies and Junior Suites there is not washing machine. But there is a coin-operated laundry very close from Hostemplo. We will be happy to provide more information when you arrived, if needed.

Have all accommodations views to the Sagrada Familia?

One-bedroom apartments , Superior and Deluxe aparments and Junior Suite have views to the Sagrada Familia. Studios are located 200 meters from the Temple, and have street or interior views.
